  16. Check the medicine cabinet to ensure you have basic medications such as aspirin or ibuprofen.

  18. Increase intake of a healthy diet rich in vitamin C and D

  23. Canceling a planned event is an option that should always be considered, especially in case of non-essential events
  24. Mothers can continue breastfeeding if they develop COVID-19 disease but the mother should take due precautions to prevent transmission like use a mask, washing hands before and after contact with the child.
  25. Clean the floor and commonly touched objects at least once a day at home.

  27. For children: This is the best time to inculcate positive hygiene practices in your children. This includes washing hands thoroughly, using hand sanitizer, the importance of personal hygiene, avoiding any sort of social gathering, especially if they want to play with other children.
